At Eli Dental, we keep things simple. Our storefront uses a single essential cookie to keep you signed in, plus a little browser storage to remember your cart. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics — and we never sell your data.

The only cookie we use

Eli Dental uses exactly one cookie. It is strictly necessary to operate the site, so it is set automatically when you sign in and cannot be turned off without breaking the sign-in feature.

Browser storage we use

In addition to the cookie above, we save a small amount of information in your browser's localStorage:

• Your cart — the items you have added, so your selections are still there when you return. This stays on your device and is not transmitted until you place an order.
• Your cookie-consent choice — once you acknowledge our cookie notice, we remember it so the banner does not appear on every page.

What we do NOT use

We want to be clear about the things many sites do that we do not:

• No tracking cookies — we do not follow you across pages or sessions for behavioral profiling.
• No advertising cookies — we do not run ads and do not share data with ad networks.
• No third-party analytics — no Google Analytics, no pixels, no external trackers loading in the background.

Managing cookies in your browser

You are always in control of cookies. Every major browser lets you view, block, or delete them from its settings — usually under Privacy or Security. You can also browse in a private or incognito window, which clears cookies and storage when you close it.

One important note: because eli_session is essential, blocking or deleting it will sign you out and prevent you from signing back in. If you cannot stay signed in, check that your browser is allowing cookies for this site, then try again.

Will you track me around the web?

No. We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and store your cart locally in your browser. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking technologies on our site.

Can I shop without accepting cookies?

You can browse the catalog and build a cart without signing in, since the cart lives in your browser. To sign in and place an order, the essential session cookie must be allowed — that is what keeps your account secure between pages.

What happens if I clear my browser data?

Clearing cookies signs you out, and clearing localStorage empties your saved cart and resets the cookie notice. Your account and order history remain safe on our side — just sign in again to pick up where you left off.

Do you change this policy?

If our cookie practices ever change, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Because we use only essential cookies, we do not expect frequent changes.
